YOS provides AI implementation consulting and related technical services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work, not by this website.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we design and deploy systems to a professional standard, we do not guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, client systems, and data quality.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, and timely feedback required to complete an engagement.
Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve integrating third-party platforms (including but not limited to NexusHud, Supabase, and other tools). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, security practices, or pricing changes of third-party platforms we integrate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We treat client business information shared during engagements as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the engagement or as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, systems and code built during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. YOS retains the right to reuse general methods, know-how, and non-client-specific components developed during engagements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
